We were tasked with creating a 211 (Alberta’s non-urgent support line) PSA campaign to educate Calgarians on how to make the right call, so they get connected to the right resource at the right time. So we used 211 to spell out exactly what it provides—help, support, and relief—to anyone that doesn’t know who else to text, chat, or call.
