Many of today’s youth believe it’s okay for them to use homophobic language if they don’t mean for it to be offensive. So we created a social mirror to show how frequently & casually homophobic language is used. Using twitter’s API tweets featuring “so gay” “no homo” “faggot” and “dyke” were pulled tracked and displayed in real time on nohomophobes.com.
